Nutri Bullet Review

Tuesday, March 19, 2013

So, I have been gluten- free for over a year now!  Yay!  I really never thought I could do it....but it is just a way of life now.  I am feeling so much better as a result!  Since going gluten free I decided to also try to go more green.  I started out in December trying out a juicer I had bought from Sears.  It was okay, but ALOT of work!  So much work chopping and cleaning!  I also felt guilty throwing out so much great food that was left over after the juice was extracted.  Then I found the Nutri- Bullet!  I absolutely loveeeee it!  Did I say Love??? It is amazing!  So easy to clean and I don't waste a drop!  Look how compact it is:)  It doesn't take hardly any space on your counter top!  My kids love it too....They can pick thier own fruit and make thier special healthy smoothies.  (It comes with extra cups so they each get thier own)
I just add some protein powder to my smoothie and have a yummy, healthy breakfast:)

I bought mine at target but you can also check them out here....

  2. Use the refuse from the juicer in your compost.

I checked out your previous post too. I love your minimalist art - it presents the very essence - nothing superfluous. I think it takes great self control to stop when you see that and not add another stroke.

  3. Do you use this to juice?

Do you use your jucier any more?

    1. Hi Julie....I do use this to juice:) I just add water to make it thinner if I want it more like juice and I add less water and more ice if I want it more like a smoothie:)

My juicer is actually in storage as we just moved from NC to FL...:) That is why I went ahead and bought the bullet to have something to use and just happend to fall in love with it:))

  4. Ohhh I am SO glad you posted this! I was just talking with a friend about juicing and not knowing what to use, and we were both frustrated with throwing out (even just to compost) all of the "waste" from it (produce is very expensive up here in AK...) so this is so encouraging to me. Thank you!

  5. We've been on a juice kick lately. Every morning my hubby makes carrot, beetroot, celery, and kale juice. He puts an apple in too sometimes. It really is a great way to start the day.

The dogs don't mind eating the leftover pulp either. I guess it's good for them too?!

    1. I think you are the one who inspired me to juice actually:) Didn't you share the link on the video fat, sick and almost dead? That video really was a motivator! Thanks so much!!

  7. Kelly that juicer looks so cute. About how tall is it? I have seen a demo at Costco many times, but the juicer is expensive and big.
